General: We ship to the lower 48 states. We can make arrangements directly with you to ship elsewhere around the world. Shipping methods include Fedex, UPS, and LTL Freight carriers for larger sized products.
Inventory: Everything is made-to-order which guarantees that your product is made fresh, each and every time.
Lead Time: Most all orders are shipped within 4-10 days, plus transit time from San Diego, California.
Products in Retail Stores: Ask us if you need help finding a retailer near you who may have exactly what you need, or you may click this link to access our nationwide network of retailers who stock our products.
Robust Packaging: Our shipping team reviews and optimizes makes a plan to properly pack and safely transport each order. We custom make super heavy duty double-wall extra-strength corrugated and sometimes use plywood to protect your order from the abuses of the transportation industry. Most of our products are fragile and when they are large, it requires the individual consideration from our shipping department to ensure the safe transport of your order.
Store Credit When We Reduce Your Shipping Cost: Our website cannot possibly contemplate the complexities of packing so many fragile products of varying sizes, some parcel size, and others requiring LTL truck shipments. Often times, we can combine products or select alternative shipping methods to reduce shipping cost, always making sure that your package arrives safely. Our policy is that we do not profit off shipping charges. Therefore, if the actual shipping cost is less than the amount charged by our site, we will notify you and credit you back the difference on your form of payment. We always give the benefit back to our customers, and you don't have to ask for this service, we just do it for every order.
