Fractional Charge

Custom Size Setup Fee: $25 per component

Need a size that isn't in whole inches? This one-time fee covers custom-cutting each component of your frame. It's charged in addition to the product itself.

How to order:

1. Select the nearest standard size up from your custom size (e.g., for 15.5" × 18.5", order the 16" × 19" canvas).
2. Add one setup fee for each custom-cut component: each fractional bar length, plus any cross braces your size includes.
3. In the ORDER COMMENT field at checkout, enter the exact custom size you want (e.g., "Custom size: 15.5" × 18.5"").
4. Reply to your order confirmation email stating that you want a size slightly different from the one selected in your cart, and request confirmation from our staff. Your custom size isn't confirmed until you hear back from us.

The fee is charged only once per size; order as many units as you like at no extra setup fee.

Cross braces: larger frames include cross braces, and each brace is also a custom-cut component. Please include the setup fee for cross braces if your size requires them. Cross braces are applied when the canvas frame size reaches:

• Vincent Pro: 16 inches
• Monet Pro: 20 inches
• 3D Pro: 24 inches

Examples:

• 15.5" × 18.5" (Monet Pro): 2 bar lengths, no braces = 2 fees ($50). Order the 16" × 19" canvas. Six frames at this size still cost just $50 in setup fees total.
• 18.5" × 18.5" (square, Monet Pro): 1 bar length, no braces = 1 fee ($25). Order the 19" × 19" or 20" × 20" canvas, whichever is available.
• 23.5" × 29.5" (Monet Pro): 2 bar lengths + 2 cross braces = 4 fees ($100). Order the 24" × 30" canvas.
