Medium-heavy fine weave medium weight Belgian linen. Hand-primed to have a consistent homogenous surface tooth. It has a bright white tone. The "U" in the style name is for universal acrylic primed, which means that it works for virtually all paint types. The unique formulation mimics many attributes of oil-based primers, yet retains the resilience and flexibility characteristic of acrylic priming.
