Medium-heavy fine weave medium weight Belgian linen. Hand-primed to have a consistent homogenous surface tooth. It has a bright white tone. The "U" in the style name is for universal acrylic primed, which means that it works for virtually all paint types. The unique formulation mimics many attributes of oil-based primers, yet retains the resilience and flexibility characteristic of acrylic priming. Distinct from the typical glossy acrylic primers, this canvas surface has a more matte finish, enhancing its absorbency. This quality ensures superior adhesion for a diverse array of artistic media.
